In May, 2013 re-branded to Taiwan International Screen Foundation (TISF). A non-profit civilian group founded in 1995 by Joseph Nee, a retired math teacher who has been devoted to protecting and rescuing animals in Taiwan for over 17 years and is now the leader of the team. In the beginning, our group consisted of only a couple of members, including Nee’s own family members.
